From you. A gift request or message gives us your name, phone number and email address (one is enough), the occasion, who the gift is for, your budget, the date you need it and anything you write. Please do not enter passwords or card numbers; this site does not take payments.

Automatically. Our server logs your IP address, browser, the pages you open and when. If you arrive from an ad we may see the campaign that sent you. Advertising and measurement tools may collect similar technical data through cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

• To keep the site secure and free of spam.
• To measure and improve our advertising.
• To meet legal duties such as tax and records.

We do not sell personal information and do not use your request for unrelated marketing.

Makers receive only what they need to fill an order you accept (for example your name, shipping address and personalization text). Requests and messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you, and order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us if you want something deleted sooner.
