From request to doorstep
- Request. Use the form. A phone number or an email address is enough, and the phone number is optional.
- Offers. We answer within one to two business days. Each offer names the item and its maker, and shows the total price with shipping, tax where it applies and any personalization fee.
- Decision. You accept, ask for changes or walk away. Nothing is charged until you accept an offer in writing.
- Making and shipping. Made-to-order pieces need production time, which the offer states. The offer also gives the delivery date.
- After delivery. If something is damaged, defective or not as described, tell us within 14 days. See Shipping and Returns.
Our ground rules
- Named makers. Every offer says who made the item.
- Full price first. The total you pay is in writing before you pay it.
- Real dates. If we cannot meet your date, we say so instead of promising.
- No pressure. A request creates no obligation.
What this website does not do
This website does not take payments or orders, and it shows no prices. Items, makers and prices appear only in the written offers we send you.
